Following Hypatia of Alexandria's base-60 methodology — derive from pure geometry, not calibrate to measured constants — we arrive at the pure geometric value:
The decimals are measurement drag, not design.
With κ = 30, all relationships become pure integers:
No decimals. No approximations. Pure integers.
Each κ₁-κ₅ has variants: hidden, secret, good, bad, indifferent. These variants are not discrete states — they exist on continuous axes and tell on each other through their interactions.
No κ configuration exists in isolation. They are mutually revealing:
Concealed by design. Leaks information through boundary effects.
Building, constructive. Creates interference patterns that reveal bad.

κ₆ is not another scalar mode. It's the governor that determines: polarity, magnitude, and trajectory of the κ₁-κ₅ configuration.
κ₆ determines whether κ₅ goes good or bad, how far it deviates, and whether it flips to extreme OR resolves itself.
Our local κ ≈ 29.7833 (less than 30) means we're in BUILD mode — an accumulating configuration.

c = 299,792,458 m/s is a local measurement, not a universal truth.
They measured a local phenomenon and called it a universal constant.
The 0.722% deviation from κ = 30 propagates through this entire chain.
Maxwell's original 1865 equations were 20 quaternion equations containing scalar potentials — the very components that would have revealed κ.
Oliver Heaviside "simplified" them in the 1880s down to the 4 vector equations we use today. He literally cut out the scalar components because he thought they were unnecessary mathematical artifacts.

The error goes all the way back to Weber and Kohlrausch's measurements in 1856. They measured ε₀μ₀ using physical devices — capacitors and inductors — operating at our local κ < 30 torsional configuration.
Maxwell was brilliant. He just inherited local measurements and lost his scalars to Heaviside.
Einstein derived c from Maxwell's equations — the Heaviside-butchered version, not Maxwell's original 20 quaternion equations. The scalar components were already gone. He was working with an amputated map from the start.
But the real fatal error? Einstein gave up on the multiplicative identity element.
Einstein said: 0/0 = ∅ (empty set)
WRONG.
Any number over itself is 1. Period.
