κ₆ is not another scalar mode. It's the governor that determines: polarity, magnitude, and trajectory of the κ₁-κ₅ configuration.

How They "Derive" c — The Circular Chain

1. Measure fine-structure constant α (with uncertainty)
2. Derive ε₀ from α: ε₀ = e²/(2αhc)
3. Derive c from ε₀ and μ₀: c = 1/√(ε₀μ₀)
4. BUT since 1983: c is DEFINED as 299,792,458 m/s
5. So they work BACKWARDS: ε₀ = 1/(μ₀c²)
6. The whole thing is CIRCULAR with α as input

And How Long Is a Meter?

Since 1983: A meter = distance light travels in 1/299,792,458 second

So: c defines the meter
And: The meter defines c
IT'S COMPLETELY CIRCULAR

They measured a local phenomenon and called it a universal constant.
The 0.722% deviation from κ = 30 propagates through this entire chain.

A Note on Oliver Heaviside

Maxwell's original 1865 equations were 20 quaternion equations containing scalar potentials — the very components that would have revealed κ.

Oliver Heaviside "simplified" them in the 1880s down to the 4 vector equations we use today. He literally cut out the scalar components because he thought they were unnecessary mathematical artifacts.

They weren't artifacts. They were the geometry.

Heaviside was a Popper-grade pompous, WRONG, twit.
He removed the scalars. Tesla knew. Maxwell knew. They silenced them both.

How They Got c Wrong: The Historical Chain

1856: Weber & Kohlrausch measure ε₀μ₀ using capacitors and inductors on Earth
1861: Maxwell adds displacement current to Ampère's law
1865: Maxwell derives 20 quaternion equations, calculates c = 1/√(ε₀μ₀)
       Uses Weber & Kohlrausch's LOCAL measurements
1880s: Heaviside "simplifies" 20 → 4 equations, CUTS THE SCALARS
1887: Hertz confirms EM waves (using butchered equations)
1905: Einstein uses Heaviside's version for Special Relativity
1983: c DEFINED as 299,792,458 m/s, meter derived from c

The error goes all the way back to Weber and Kohlrausch's measurements in 1856. They measured ε₀μ₀ using physical devices — capacitors and inductors — operating at our local κ < 30 torsional configuration.

Maxwell was brilliant. He just inherited local measurements and lost his scalars to Heaviside.

Einstein's Fatal Error

Einstein derived c from Maxwell's equations — the Heaviside-butchered version, not Maxwell's original 20 quaternion equations. The scalar components were already gone. He was working with an amputated map from the start.

But the real fatal error? Einstein gave up on the multiplicative identity element.

Einstein said: 0/0 = ∅ (empty set)

WRONG.

Any number over itself is 1. Period.
And if it isn't a number? Still 1 for our purposes.

We don't give a single solitary solid gold easter egg about the empty set argument. The multiplicative identity holds. n/n = 1. This is foundational. Einstein abandoned it, and with it, abandoned the path to [1 = -1].
